Who We Are Looking for
Challenger Security is seeking qualified and experienced Full-time Security Officer who are career-focused and determined to join a team with excellent opportunities for training and promotion.
You will work at 5-star Retirement Living Facilities across Sydney Metropolitan areas. Previous experience working in retirement living facilities will be highly regarded.
At a minimum, you must have previous experience working in other premier facilities that involve frequent engagement with visitors and guests.
Tasks
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the locations of various departments, routes, and admission requirements
- Use computerized access control systems/CCTV
- Report detailed information to management
- Work within a highly successful team environment.

- Current Security Licence (Required)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Required)
- Police check (Required)
- Vaccinated for Covid-19 and Influenza (Required)
- Availability to work shifts across Monday to Sunday on a rotating four on four off roster
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- A confident and welcoming attitude to customer experience with high-level observation skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
- Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
