Job Summary
We seek a dedicated Project Manager to join our team of leading suppliers in installation, refurbishment, and maintenance suppliers in the lift industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress in their career; the role has a competitive salary with a company vehicle, and you would also accumulate extra holiday over time.
In addition, the ideal individual has to be a strong communicator and problem solver. The candidate must also come from a lift engineer background of being on, having been, and progressing to management.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed project plans, which would include timelines and budgets
- Work alongside clients and engineers to ensure projects are running to schedule
- This is an office-based role in Sevenoaks, with visits to sites
- Provide regular progress updates to management
- Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations
- This role would mainly cover refurbishments
- Ensure all refurbishments meet industry standards
Necessary Skills
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to guide their team throughout the life cycle of a project
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Valid driving licence
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Come from a background in the lift industry with relevant qualifications and being on the tools would be beneficial
